We want to thank all local Ukrainians and our American friends who joined us last Sunday for a Rally in Support of Ukraine. Despite Russian ruthless aggression, Ukrainians continue to fight and we must support Ukraine it is fight against authoritarianism in the face of the Russian Federation.
For the last three Sundays we gathered near Mount Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach. The Ukrainian Community Center is thankful to everyone who joined us today - local Ukrainians, American friends of Ukraine, American veterans, local media representatives, pastors, and many more. Once again we have showed that the Hampton Roads community stands with Ukraine. We urge our representatives and Presidential administration to continue supporting Ukraine, not engage in vacuous negotiations with Putin's regime, and help Ukraine secure a lasting and just peace.
